Returning Students

Parents can register returning students via Skyward Family Access. We will also have one day of in-person registration in August where you can come to the school and register your child.

New Students

Please call the office at 815-745-2653 if you have a new student or a student transferring to Warren for the new school year.

Preschool

Children ages 3-5 that are not age-eligible for kindergarten (age 5 on or before September 1) may be eligible for the pre-kindergarten program. Children must qualify through a screening. Please contact us for more information.

Medical Forms Required

Students entering kindergarten, sixth, and ninth grades as well as all new students in our district must have a physical to be turned in at registration.

Students entering kindergarten, second, sixth and ninth grades must have a dental examination or dental waiver form.

Kindergarten students must have an eye exam or eye exam waiver to be turned in at registration.

Your doctor/dentist most likely has these forms on file. If needed, they can be found under Forms for Students at this link: https://www.isbe.net/Pages/Health-Requirements-Student-Health-Data.aspx

Fees

Fees will be assigned to students in pushcoin.com. You may pay fees online at any time if you have an account.

Elementary snack milk fees will be added at registration time for parents who request it.

We accept payment via check, cash, and credit card during registration. Credit card payments will incur a convenience fee.

Jr/Sr High PE Uniforms

PE Uniforms are being sold through RBS Activewear at this link: https://warrenphyed23.itemorder.com/shop/home/

The store is open until the first Saturday in September. Orders will be delivered to the school for pick-up or a ship to home option is available for an additional shipping fee.

The regular gray shirts/shorts are also available at the school for purchase.
